About

“Weekly Review is the critical success factor for marrying your larger commitments to your day-to-day activities.” — David Allen

Doing a weekly review forces you to practice intention by taking time to pause and reflect. Consider what you did versus what you planned to do, your learnings from the past week, and plans for the one ahead.

Choose your weekly review day and stick to it. Consistency will keep you on track when motivation won’t.

Weekly Review consists of six valuable questions:

1. How do you feel about the week overall?

2. What got done this week?

3. What went well this week?

4. How can you improve for next week?

5. What are the biggest learnings from this week?

6. What do you want to accomplish next week?

By answering those questions weekly you structure your life, have a sense of the progress you make, and keep focusing on the important things.
