Useful when
  • You want to build a habit
  • You want to increase the chances of a new habit sticking
About

Habit are defined as a behaviour which is done so many times it becomes automatic. There are four steps to ensure that you keep repeating a behavior and make the habit stick:

1. Make it obvious

2. Make it attractive

3. Make it easy

4. Make it satisfying

This framework helps you to think through each step, so you can build long-lasting habits. Some questions come with microlearning parts including additional context, examples and tips.

“Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. No single instance will transform your beliefs, but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity.” — James Clear, Atomic Habits
