I have very severe and persistent mental health issues. I pull a lot of resources because of my emotional regulation difficulties and the extent of my trauma. I have borderline personality disorder from adverse childhood experiences and trauma. Mindera platform is helping me to get through all the hours when there is not a provider available. I mostly wanted to say to those therapist and psychiatrist out there, that this is a great platform to recommend to your clients as an addition to therapy and med management. This platform can support people who heavily rely on the mental health system and sometimes inpatient hospital. It is there 24 seven and can really help pull someone through a bad time so it does not end up as a crisis. I know this because it’s happened for me.

I absolutely love this application. I saw an ad on Twitter and decided to try it. Nothing has gotten to me journal quite like this application. One of my favourite applications of AI is journaling and receiving feedback from it. I find that it helps me look at a highly emotional situation more objectively. HOWEVER. There is always the fear of how that highly highly sensitive data might be handled. In light of this, I looked for a more secure option and stumbled upon Mindsera.
